“Hypocrisy is the homage vice pays to virtue” … Yet again, perhaps inevitably, the Democrats are mounting their hypocritical defense, this time to assert that “Joe Biden should immediately assume the title of “President Elect.” “ Democrats claim that a failure to immediately acquiesce to their demands “endangers the very survival of our Democracy.” This request is really rich, given what "we the people" have had to put up these past four years: unsubstantiated inverstigations, blatant media bias and supression of REAL news stories, and political pundits and everyday citizens alike claiming 24/7 "Not MY President." If I remember correctly, former Democratic Presidential Candidate, Hillary Clinton, stated unequivocally that "Joe Biden should NOT conceed under any circumstance." Well, hate to be the party-poop-er, bringing actual logic, facts, reason and the U.S. Constitution to the table, but here we go:
There is NO PROVISION in our constitution which states “the media and political operatives shall name the Presdient of the United States.” In the past, where the vote totals were conclusive, with large margins, the media has made the ASSUMPTION as to who the President Elect will be come January 21st … But the practice of doing the latter is still just that, an assumption. Until the “fat lady sings” (a reference to opera diva singing the finale), in this case the U.S. Congress certifies: there is NO President! And until all of the 50 states certify their individual election results: there is NO President-Elect either.
In this particular election year the REAL DANGER to our democracy is a presumptive rush to assume who the “President Elect” will be. This 2020 election has undergone unprecedented change with respect to the manner in which it was conducted, with last minute changes being implemented to convert our traditionally vote-in-person elections into a massive nationwide mail-in-voter scheme. This change ALONE warrants caution in making premature assumptions.
As Joe Biden, himself, said in the very first Presidential Debate –after affirming that he would not claim victory until all of the races had been certified-- “Some of these ballots cannot even be opened and counted until election day. So that going to take some time.” So for the sake of our American Democracy let us pause, step back and be patient while we await the official certification of voting results from all of 50 States. We have the time –until the first week in December 2020-- to get this right! The American people deserve to have FAITH in the voting process, especially in a year of such unprecedented change where the opportunities for potential fraud have increased exponentially. A push to rush this process is not only hypocritical, it is unethical –on the part of former government officials-- and entirely irresponsible. Shame on you, former President George W. Bush, John Boehner (former NSA) and all the rest of you!
10/12/20 ***VIP***: Karl Rove, "Mr. Whiteboard", is flat-out wrong!!! While it is true that no recount in our nation's history has ever overturned an election by tens of thousands of votes, that does NOT mean that it cannot happen in this election. Correlation, does not imply causation. The reason Mr. Whiteboard is so VERY wrong is that never before in our nation's history have we had a political party willing to commit voter fraud on the level we have seen in this election, likely to the tune of beyond tens of thousands of votes. Why would this election be different? Because the stakes are so very high and Democrats are emboldened by the fact that despite their dark deeds not one of them have been held accountable for their crimes against our nation (e.g., operation hurricane, Hillary Clinton and DNC funding the Steele Dossier, fake " "Russia, Russia Collusion" " narrative, Biden's taking tens of millions dollars from foreign governments --most concerning being CHINA-- and it was crickets from the lame-stream media, FAKE Impeachement). The Democrats also know that they have media and Big Tech on their side in order to spin the 'victory' while completely killing ANY and ALL stories that would highlight thousands of instances of sworn voter fraud in key states, currently in dispute.
But all of the above, to my way of thinking makes little difference at all if in fact Chinese software is being used in Dominion voting machines. I also heard that patches were applied to voting machines the DAY BEFORE THE ELECTION -- hmmm.... likely just AFTER all checks had been performed to certify them for the Presidential Election the next day. Republicans never thought to check on that BEFORE the election??? China indisputably WINS BIG if Biden is elected President, on multiple levels. U.S. trade policy will revert back to it former Obama-Biden China first practices, where China cripples our industries (e.g., Steel and coal), steals our manufacturing plants and jobs, and bonus they steal the intellectual property of those companines doing business in China, along with stolen intellectual property and academic research in our U.S. Universities for which they pay or trade absolutely nothing. The fact that Joe Biden and his family have sold their souls to China in shady and likely illegal business deals is just an added bonus for China. BOTTOM LINE: IF CHINESE SOFTWARE WAS USED IN DOMINION ELECTION MACHINES, THIS ELECTION SHOULD BE AUTOMATICALLY NULL AND VOID. Take that up to the U.S. Supreme Court!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
True Republicans leaders, those who LOVE this nation and want to ensure the survival of our Democratic Republic, should support President Trump in his efforts to ascertain "We the People" have a FREE & FAIR ELECTION. God Bless you, President Trump!! You are THE MAN for this pivotal moment in time. May God grant you, your family and your team the courage and perserverance to continue this fight for justice in our electoral process.
